While addressing the various groups, Senator Moro thanked them for finding time out of their busy schedules to come and identify with him.

"Thank you so much for coming to condole me. This is the first time I'm seeing this kind of crowd in my house.

"The visits by people have shown that if we are united, we can achieve so much together.

"The unity of Idoma is non-negotiable and so we must ensure that we remain united to build our land. We will sit down, as a people, to discuss the way forward.

"They say a prophet is not honoured in his home but I can see that I'm honoured in my own home, seeing the volume of support and love that people have shown me.

"The only way to reciprocate this gesture is to serve you with the best of my ability, and that I will continue to do, to reciprocate the love and support you have shown to me.

"Thank you for coming and God bless you all. My prayer is that this evil does not befall any family, because it's a traumatic experience," he stated.
