Otukpo Federal Road: Don Chris Abah Laud Ochacho, Task Idoma Leaders to play Suit

The Idoma born Lagos based business mogul and philanthropist, Abah Christian Oche popularly known as "Don Chris" has applauded the gesture of Mohammed Adah foldly known as "Ochacho" who has through his Ochacho Foundation to rehabilitate the Otukpo Federal Township road ahead of Christmas and New year festivals.  

Ochacho who asked his workers through his Ochacho Foundation to "immediately" commence rehabilitation of the roads ahead of the festive periods.

Don Chris through a telephone interviewed earlier Monday, narrated his joy seeing young people having soft heart and positive forsight for the development of their home. Ochacho" is a good man", he said. 

In his words; "the condition of the road has become an albatross and a huge embarrassment" to the farming communities, other strategic users and commuters that transit goods through Otukpo to other places.

Don Chris who further stated that, the road not only reduces commercial activities as a result of a high rate of accidents on the road and loss of man-hours but drastically increases activities of underdevelopment, criminals, armed robbery and kidnapping, which have become more frequent due to the poor condition of the road, that the development of Idoma should be a collective and business of everyone, charges Idoma political and business leaders to play the suit of King Mohammed Usman Adah".

From reports gathered on Monday, the MD and CEO of Ochacho foundation, King Mohammed Usman Adah said "this is born out of love and passion for our people, and for the fear of God almighty, as this portions of the road has been a death trap over the years. It gives me sleepless nights and so much bitterness to see the disastrous state of this road, therefore I'm taking it upon myself once again as a child of God, to rehabilitate this road to ease the suffering of our people.

He further added that, the era of politics have come and gone, but as a believer of the renewed hope of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, and a lover all those doing good out of love and passion, and in support to their administration we've embarked once again on this journey, he ended.

Don Chris who recently bagged an excellence award in recognition of his contributions to development of Ajeromi Ifelodun Local Government Area of Lagos State as well as in partnership with other stakeholders of Aobida Community in Ugbokolo, Benue State, providing electricity, constructing culvets and donating street solar lights. 

These has also earned him to the Idoma Hall Fame to receive Idoma Industry Award, 1st January in Otukpo Benue State.
